Pınar Yamaner was born in Bandırma in 1974, and graduated from the Department of Economics at Marmara University in 1995. She started her career as a Management Trainee at the HR Department of Arçelik A.Ş., a subsidiary of Koç Group, and later she served as the HR and Quality Systems Manager at Omsan Lojistik A.Ş. of OYAK between 2001 and 2012, the HR Director at Çelebi Hava Servisi A.Ş. between 2012 and 2014, the HR Director at Balparmak A.Ş. between 2014 and 2018, and the HR and Management Systems Director at Umur A.Ş. between 2018 and 2019. She joined Alarko Group of Companies in 2019 as the HR Director and is appointed as Chief People Officer of Alarko Holding as of 2022. Pınar Yamaner speaks English.
