    • 01Altek Alarko Elektrik Santralları Tesis İşletme ve Ticaret A.Ş.

      Founded in 1987, Altek Alarko is one of the pioneering organizations in the Turkish energy sector. Before the liberalization of the electricity market, Altek Alarko successfully delivered Türkiye’s first Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) energy projects, developing online facilities with a total installed capacity of 283 MW, including three hydroelectric power plants, a two-unit natural gas combined cycle power plant, Karakuz HPP, and Gönen HPP. Today, Altek Alarko A.Ş. operates exclusively renewable energy assets and continues to develop new projects in this field. Its current portfolio includes the Karakuz Hydropower Plant (79.5 MW) and the Gönen Hydropower Plant (10.6 MW), with a total installed capacity of 90.1 MW. In addition, Altek Alarko A.Ş. is actively engaged in energy storage technologies. In line with the ongoing transformation of the energy sector, the company continues to invest in the development and production of battery energy storage systems, supporting more efficient and sustainable use of renewable energy resources.

    • 01Medaş - Medam Elektrik Dağıtım A.Ş

      Meram Elektrik Dağıtım A.Ş. (MEDAŞ) was acquired on 30 October 2009 when Alcen Enerji Dağıtım ve Perakende Satış Hizmetleri A.Ş., an Alarko-Cengiz joint venture, was awarded the contract by the Privatization Administration. MEDAŞ covers the largest distribution region in Turkey in terms of surface area, with the provinces of Konya, Karaman, Aksaray, Nevşehir, Niğde and Kırşehir included in its distribution network, encompassing an area of 76,932 square kilometers. MEDAŞ distributes 8.9 billion Kwh of power in 6 provinces and 66 districts, serving 2.094.254 consumers and 4.5 million citizens in the region.

    • 02Meram Elektrik Dağıtım A.Ş.

      Meram Electricity Distribution Inc. As the distribution company with the largest surface area in Turkey, we provide service in 69 businesses in 6 provinces: Konya, Aksaray, Niğde, Kırşehir, Nevşehir and Karaman. As the distribution company with the largest surface area, there are 59 thousand transformers and 120 thousand km of line length in our region. While our number of customers is approximately 2 million 300 thousand, the energy distributed is 12 billion kWh. We aim to provide uninterrupted and high-quality energy with the infrastructure and technology investments we make, focusing on customer and employee satisfaction. We continue to add value to our young and dynamic team with the training we provide annually in the fields of occupational health and safety, technical and personal development, amounting to approximately 160 thousand man-hours. We contribute to the development of the region in which we operate with our social responsibility projects, which are an indicator of the value we place on the environment and people. We plan to invest approximately 650 million USD in our region in the 2021-2025 period. We continue to develop innovative solutions to increase our service quality with our R&D projects, 24 of which have been completed and 36 of which are still ongoing.

    • 01MEPAŞ (Meram Elektrik Perakende Satış A.Ş)

      In 2012, "distribution activities" were separated from "retail sales activities" pursuant to the Electricity Market Law and electricity sales to end consumers started to be handled by MEPAŞ. Having provided 8739 GWh and 534 GWh of power for 1.905.760 customers and 148.123 eligible consumers, respectively, in 2018, MEPAŞ offers subscription, billing and collection services. Having a total of 11 locations, MEPAŞ is aware of its responsibilities towards its customers and aims to become a leader in the industry with high-quality services.

    • 02MESAŞ (Meram Elektrik Enerjisi Toptan Satış A.Ş)

      Founded in 2011, MESAŞ is authorized to purchase electricity through bilateral agreements, import electricity and engage in direct wholesale of electricity at a national level in line with the specified criteria, through Over-the-Counter Market Transactions and under the scope of an EMRA (Energy Market Regulatory Authority) license. MESAŞ is primarily engaged in selling electricity to the high-consumption customers in its service region at discount prices. In 2017, the company sold 876 GWh of electricity to 3.100 eligible consumers. Sales are also made to eligible consumers outside the service region.

    • 03Alen Alarko Enerji Ticaret A.Ş

      Alen Alarko Enerji Ticaret A.Ş began its electricity trading operations in April 2014 under a supply license granted by the Energy Market Regulatory Authority (EMRA). Alen Alarko operates in wholesale and retail electricity trading, portfolio optimization, and supports the investment analysis activities of the Alarko Energy Group.
