Golden Badge Award

The Golden Badge Award recognizes our employees who have performed well in the Alarko Group of Companies in order to encourage and reward them, to promote the quality of their services and to motivate them.

Our goal is to instill a sense of belonging and achievement in each employee by maintaining the highest standards of motivation and commitment. The Golden Badge Award is presented each year at a ceremony organized as part of Alarko Day activities.
