Alarko Holding Launches the "Future of the Republic Young Teachers" Project on the 100th Anniversary of the Republic

With the "Future of the Republic Young Teachers" project, Alarko Holding is preparing 100 young female teacher candidates for the future with a development program consisting of rich content on the 100th anniversary of the Republic. In the project, where students can apply to the Microfon platform until November 9, teachers' professional skills and professional development are supported with courses to increase social skills in addition to technical training.

Alarko Holding, which stands out with the support it provides to new talents in the field of education in order to increase social welfare, is launching the "Future of the Republic Young Teachers" project on October 29. Alarko Holding, which aims to prepare the country's youth for the future by making them better equipped, will support 100 teacher candidates who will educate future generations on the 100th anniversary of the Republic, with educational scholarships as well as development programs aimed at providing new generation educational techniques and social skills.

In the "Future of the Republic Young Teachers" project, prepared under the leadership of Alarko Holding and in cooperation with Katalist, Microfon and Teacher Academy Foundation (ÖRAV), 100 young female students studying in the final grades of education faculties across Turkey will be reached. Within the scope of the project, it is aimed to strengthen the knowledge and skills of future teachers about the use of technology in education, increase their leadership skills, raise awareness and skills on issues such as environmental literacy and gender equality.

In the project "Future of the Republic Young Teachers", 100 young female students were given the following topics: "Course design in online education", "Syllabus design", "Technology needed online and computer literacy in learning", "Transactional distance in online learning, motivation, readiness, individual. In addition to technical areas such as "considering differences, communication and classroom management", they will also benefit from seminars covering topics such as gender equality, environment, communication and psychological resilience.

Thanks to the project, which focuses on participants experiencing an interactive and actively participating learning environment and using methods, tools and techniques that they can refer to when designing their own courses, teacher candidates will become better equipped role models in raising future generations by improving their digital skills and awareness of social issues in the second century of the Republic.
