The turn-key Project consisted of the engineering, procurement and construction of the hotel with 325 rooms on 6 storeys with a total closed area of 18.540 m2. The supply of cuisine equipment for a restaurant for 800 people, the supply and covering of a wall-to-wall fire-proof carpet, the construction of a parking lot with a capacity of 50 cars, central heating & cooling centre were also in the scope of the project.
