Alarko Carrier's Gebze Complex is a modern complex situated on an area of 60,000 m² with a 20,000 m² of closed production area, 2000 m² of office area, a test and research & development building of 2,000 m² as well as social and training facilities in Gebze Organized Industrial Zone. At this manufacturing facility, air-conditioning plants, roof air-conditioners, fan coils, heater and cooler batteries are manufactured in the central air-conditioning section; submergible pumps and pump motors, circulator pumps and water boosters are manufactured in the water pressurization section.

The ACE (Achieving Competitive Excellence) quality management system, which is implemented in all regions of UTC where Carrier is affiliated, is implemented in the production facilities. In order to continuously improve products, joint studies are carried out with universities and TÜBİTAK in Test and R&D Facilities. In addition, significant improvements are made in the products with technology transfers from Carrier.
