The turn-key project consists of the engineering, procurement and construction of 3,7 km long metro system between S¸is¸hane and Yenikapı with 3 stations. The supply of 92 vehicles and full integration to a existing metro system is also included in the scope of the project. The main works items of the project are as follows:

Construction Fine Works, Power Supply and Traction Power, Signalization System, Control and Communication System, Enviromental Control System, Station Auxiliary Services, Escalators and Elevators and System Integration of those activities, Trackworks, General Services, Metro Vehicles, Aksaray-Yenikapı LRT Connection.
