Cem Garih

Member of the Board

Cem Garih graduated from Columbia University’s Department of Civil Engineering in 2014 and began his professional career at Bechtel Corporation, where he served as a Project Engineer and Program Controls Specialist. He later joined EY (Ernst & Young) and worked as Business Development Lead responsible for infrastructure project finance activities across Europe, the Middle East, India and Africa. Since 2016, Cem Garih has been focused on investment management. He is the Co-Founder and Managing Partner of Formus Capital, a venture capital firm investing in technology companies globally. Since 2020, he has also been leading Alarko Capital, the investment arm of Alarko Holding. Cem Garih has served as a Member of the Board of Directors of Alarko Holding since April 2026. Cem Garih is the Co-Founder and Co-Chairman of Yenibirlider Association, a non-profit organization established to support the development of Türkiye’s next generation of business leaders. He also serves as a Board Member of the Turkey-U.S. Business Council (TAİK).
