New Ideas Competition

Every year, Alarko organizes the New Ideas Competition to highlight the impact and contribution of its employees and to encourage creativity while acknowledging their ideas.

This competition provides a platform for the development and evaluation of new ideas and suggestions.

We aim to encourage our employees to share their innovative ideas and reward their contributions to corporate development and sustainable success.

Ideas submitted in a total of three different categories are evaluated by the jury based on their potential benefits or future impact.

The ideas selected first in each category are presented with the New Ideas Award at a ceremony organized on Alarko Day.
