Alarko Carrier in Social Brands Turkey Top 100
Alarko Carrier became the first and only company in the air-conditioning sector to be included in the “Social Brands Turkey Top 100” list prepared by the Turkish social media measurement platform “Social Brands” by evaluating the social media performance of brands. Thanks to the engagement and follow rates made possible by the original and impressive content, entertaining contests and meaningful special day posts developed for its Facebook, Instagram and Twitter accounts, Alarko Carrier made its way into the list leaving more than 19.000 accounts behind.
Commenting on the subject, Alarko Carrier Advertisement and PR Manager Hüdai Öztürk pointed out that social media became increasingly more important in the communication efforts of companies, and continued: “The speed and power of social media in reaching out to masses makes brands turn to this area. The interactivity of the system allows us to understand the views and expectations of target groups more clearly. What's more, we are able to measure our impact. That's why we place great significance on social media and use it actively. We were the first company in our sector to go live in Facebook and open a corporate account in Instagram. The engagement which we secured as a result of our efforts carried us to the Top 100. We are going to continue with such efforts at full speed.”
The Social Brands Top 100 list is prepared by evaluating and scoring all performance indicators in order to measure the social media performance of brands correctly. The pages' number of fans, posting, the type and intensity of engagement with posts, and position in comparison with other brands in the sector are all taken into consideration in the evaluation.
