The turn-key Project consisted of the procurement and execution of all civil, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation works of the following units: Three boilers with a capacity of 45 tons/hour steam each, at a preesure of 67 bars and a temperature of 485 °C, a demineralization water system with a capacity of 120 m3/hour, a process water system with a capacity of 750 m3/hour a coal preparation system, two cooling towers, two stream turbines with a total capacity of 10 MW.
