The Project consisted of the construction of the tobacco-processing building, laboratories, office units and technical service departments buildings. The building was constructed on a 5.400 m2 land as bearing steel construction on reinforced foundation. The utilities, such as electricity, water, sewerage, hot water and steam are provided through connections to existing departments by, means of capacity increasing.
