ALARKO & BAU MBA PROGRAM

“ALARKO & BAU MBA PROGRAM”, Turkey's first YÖK (Council of Higher Education)- approved MBA program designed specifically for a corporation, has seen its first graduates. The graduation ceremony took place at the Beşiktaş Campus of Bahçeşehir University on 13 March 2015, Friday, with the participation of the senior management of Alarko and BAU, lecturers of BAU and internal trainers of Alarko. Graduation of 28 candidate managers made everyone proud.

Being Turkey's first YÖK-approved Master's program to be designed specifically for a corporation to meet the needs of company employees and having been implemented with the collaboration of ALARKO Group of Companies and Bahçeşehir University (BAU), “ALARKO & BAU MBA has seen its first graduates”. 28 employees of Alarko Group of Companies have successfully completed the program, which was launched in cooperation with Bahçeşehir University to offer a customized MBA program for the company's needs.

Alarko Group of Companies, one of Turkey's leading corporations, and Bahçeşehir University (BAU), providing world-class education in Turkey, had agreed to design and implement Turkey's first YÖK-approved corporate educational program as of 2013 under Alarko's initiative. The program's curriculum was developed specially for Alarko and employees of Alarko Group of Companies had the opportunity to get education and obtain an MBA degree in Financial Affairs, Marketing-Sales, Engineering and Support Units. A total of 28 employees from Alarko Group of Companies completed the two-year program and earned their Master's degree.

The program marked a first in Turkey and was the result of the joint efforts of two major brands that believe education comes first in professional life; and the graduates were happy to celebrate their success with the senior management of Alarko Holding and Bahçeşehir University, lecturers of BAU and internal trainers of ALARKO at the graduation ceremony.
