The success story of Hillside Beach Club, winner of numerous awards in the tourism sector, started to be used as a lesson by the world famous Harvard Business School.
Harvard Business School that conducts case studies regarding brands and success stories, analyzed the establishment as the subject of a case study entitled “The Best Family Vacation Experience of the Mediterranean” and started to use it as course of study.
This year, Hillside Beach Club was said “To Have Exceeded Itself” once again with its rate of 68 % return visits obtained with the extraordinary management techniques of Edip İlkbahar, Executive Vice President of the Alarko Tourism Group, and guest satisfaction rate attaining 99%.
The close follow-up of global trends and the offering of innovative experiences by Hillside Beach Club were explained with examples at the Harvard study entitled “Continuous Development Philosophy”. Edip İlkbahar, Executive Vice President of the Alarko Tourism Group, said, “Having taken part in such a study in this difficult year for Turkish tourism has been a source of pride for all of us.”
